Getting started

All-team AI Training

A shared foundation for your whole staff. Includes AI basics, safe data practices, and take home resources. Remote or in person (Dallas, TX)

Create a thoughtful AI policy that works for your team and your mission, including acceptable use, data privacy, and org-specific guidelines. Recommended: Pair with all-team training Optional add-on: AI platform recommendation and setup

1:1 AI Coaching Hours

Ongoing, focused support for leaders or staff who want to go deeper. We work one-on-one with you to build AI into your daily tasks. Great for anyone who wants to become a power user.

go deeper with your team

Half-day AI Workshop

A hands-on, customized workshop for up to 6 leaders and staff, built around your team's actual documents and tasks. We prep with you to identify top use cases for AI, such as grant reporting, donor communications, project management, and volunteer coordination. Then we do an in-depth, hands-on, 4-hour workshop where we operationalize AI into those tasks for the entire team. Requires an organization account with at least 1 AI platform.

Who we are

A former nonprofit executive and a tech startup executive. The whole company.

Robyn led Dallas-based nonprofit Bold Idea for 12 years. Lucinda has worked in technology for over a decade and has a passion for social impact. We started Impact Catalyst Collective because we saw how AI could help nonprofits build capacity and make a difference. But the usual corporate advisors didn't have the nonprofit focus. So we built it.

We're a two‑person studio. When you book a call, you talk to one of us. When we say "yes," we mean it.
